| Aileen has a Masters Degree in Education and 25 years of experience working in adult education programs in CT, both as a classroom instructor and Program Facilitator. She has provided instruction and written curriculum for all levels of English as a Second Language (ESL), Basic Skills (ABE), and high school completion and is ATDN's lead trainer for the ESL Institute and citizenship. As a CASAS State Certified trainer she assists Don Chao with CASAS training and is responsible for maintenance of the ATDN website.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of CONNTESOL and CTNAME (CT chapter of the National Association for Multicultural Education). |
