| Melissa coordinates the activities of the CT Workforce Education Initiative, established by the Bureau of Career and Adult Education to enhance adult education's capacity to serve adult learners in the workplace. As an ATDN trainer she is responsible for providing ongoing training and support for the CT Workforce Education Model.
Melissa is a CASAS State Certified Trainer. She has worked closely with the Bureau, CASAS, and adult educators throughout Connecticut to support development of the CASAS Workforce Learning Systems (WLS) assessment series.
Prior to coming to ATDN, Melissa was the Workplace Coordinator and an ESL Instructor at Valley Regional Adult Education in Shelton. |
