Student projects:
The new school store - The Bulldog Express - serving snacks and coffee. Students, along with Ms. Adler developed a business plan and now manage the successful store. One of the store's specialties is its delicious vanilla capuccino. The students involved in running the store get to school by 6:45am everyday in order to open the store and start the capuccino machine for the day. Ms. Adler is will be incorporating aspects of this student project into a new Marketing class at Bolton High School.

Student projects:
Maintaining their own greenhouse. Students grew each plant from seed, performed regular maintenance and enjoyed watching their plants grow: morning glories, dill , cilantro, thyme, zinnias, poppies and sunflowers. |

Building an electric car and constructing building models are only a few of the projects that students work on during the year. They also use CADD to design projects, while a new CNC milling teklink allows them to manufacture their designs. |
