Participating School Districts
The Greater Hartford Region Open Choice Program is a free, interdistrict program managed by the Capitol Region Education Council (CREC). Open Choice districts include:

 

*Districts that currently participate in Early Beginnings (Kindergarten – High School)

Currently 15 participating school districts provide a full-day kindergarten experience at the school. CREC works with the remaining school districts to connect the kindergarten students with local NAEYC accredited child care facilities to create free full-day programs.
