The Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) - The Connecticut State Department of Education established a Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) in Hartford to ensure that families in the Greater Hartford region receive the assistance and information they need to make informed decisions about their children’s public school choice options.

2-1-1 Info Line – A single source for information about community services, referrals to human services, and crisis intervention, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by dialing 2-1-1. Multilingual caseworkers and TDD access is available.

Village for Families and Children – A non-profit family service agency.
