Any high school senior participating in the Capitol Region Choice Program planning to attend either a two-year or four-year college/university may apply for this financial award to help cover some of the costs of college textbooks.  Complete applications must be received by the deadline indicated to be considered, and applications must be accompanied by the required essay.
