Event Planning

CREC's Department of Communications has experience with large and small event planning, management, and promotion. We are responsible for all major CREC events, including Annual Meeting, FallStaff, and Leadership Retreat. We can provide advice and guidance to your program or school for the planning and execution of your major events. Master Calendar

The Department of Communications is responsible for maintaining CREC’s master calendar. The master calendar keeps internal staff and external clients up-to-date with important activities and events, and enables the Department to plan support, materials development, and marketing for your event. Please inform us as soon as possible of an upcoming event by contacting Alisa Collins at alcollins@crec.org or (860) 524-4084.

Internal News Announcements

The Department of Communications sends weekly emails to CREC staff. If you have any suggestions for items or information you would like us to include in these weekly announcements, please submit a Project Request and select “CREC Employee Announcement”.

External Announcements

The Department of Communications can promote your event using our targeted email lists, or can work with your department in creating a paid advertisement. If you have a project, program, or event that you would like promoted please submit a Project Request.
