The Adult Training and Development Network (ATDN) serves as the statewide professional development resource for all of CT's adult educators. Carrying out the high level of customer service of CREC staff, ATDN responds on an ongoing basis to all requests for service through a variety of methods. The staff, in collaboration with our colleagues at the CT Department of Education, plan a comprehensive array of activities on an annual basis. In addition, the staff meet requests by local adult education administrators for customized technical assistance and training at their work sites. This two pronged approach, keeps ATDN in close touch with our statewide practitioners and SDE staff.
