David Fresk, CPA, Project Manager, has worked for CREC for eight years and has had a variety of responsibilities in school construction. He holds a bachelor's of arts degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia. He has served as the owner's representative for the construction of the River Street School in Windsor, CT and is currently involved in eleven building projects for the Wallingford Public School district where he acts as the liaison between the Town Finance Department and the State Department of Education and is serving as Project Manager for the Soundbridge School.
David has a strong background in SDE requirements, including the critical reimbursement and change order process. He is a certified public accountant with prior commercial project management experience. David has also been responsible for the SDE required final audit for the Metropolitan Learning Center, Two Rivers Magnet Middle School, and Polaris Center. |
