Jim Giuliano, project manager, possesses extensive technical knowledge and experience in all major construction methods. He is personally responsible for conducting CREC’s constructability reviews. His expertise includes an ability to work with design professionals as well as construction personnel. Giuliano began his employment at CREC in 2007.
He has been involved in commercial construction for 20 years since graduating with a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Central Connecticut State University. He has worked on school projects such as the addition and renovation to Conard High School in West Hartford, Connecticut and Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
He was the project manager for the construction management company that built The Learning Corridor, and served as project manager for the Waterbury Arts Magnet High School and Palace Theater renovation. Giuliano’s career at CREC includes serving as project manager for the East Hartford-Glastonbury Elementary Magnet School in East Hartford, Connecticut and the Vocational Agricultural Center at Lyman Hall High School in Wallingford, Connecticut. |
