The Capitol Region Education Council, through its school construction staff, has extensive experience
providing owner’s representation services to a
variety of school districts in the pre-construction,
construction, and transition to operation phases of
school construction projects. We believe that our
blend of expertise is unique in offering an active,
aggressive, hands-on management style – from
pre-planning to turnkey operation.
Technical Competence
CREC’s full time staff includes individuals with the following expertise:
- State of Connecticut licensed Building Official
- Certified Construction Manager
- Former School Business Administrator
- Certified Public Accountant –
Additional financial and management personal within CREC provide supplemental support services as needed.
