Addendum: CREC and Arum and Associates are in discussions with the Rhode Island Department of Education to expand the CT Consortium for Cooperative Purchasing into Rhode Island. The new bid year in Rhode Island begins July 1. CREC and Arum and Associates reserve the right to leave vendor negotiations open past the April 1 effective date to accommodate this potential partnership.
