Diesel fuel, heating oil No. 2 and unleaded gasoline procurement opportunities are available through two organizations: Arum & Associates, LLC and EASTCONN. Both offers are available to all CT school districts (public & private), towns & municipalities, not for profits and libraries. Please note these opportunities are not competitively bid, but are solicited and negotiated group prices.

Arum & Associates LLC offer
Arum & Associates has established the Cooperative Oil Purchasing Consortium where members can choose to either competitively bid for prices or negotiate fixed prices for the period September 1 through August 31 of each year. Currently, members have elected to negotiate fixed prices. To participate, members project their fuel needs for the 12 month period (September 1 through August 31) and commit to purchase that pre-determined amount of fuel. East River Oil is the current provider of fuel through Arum & Associates.

EASTCONN offer
EASTCONN offers diesel fuel & heating oil no. 2. EASTCONN members are emailed fuel prices on a daily basis; they may choose to lock in on a price offer for a period of either 10 months or 14 months. DDLC/Hop Commercial Fuels is the current provider of fuel through EASTCONN.
