Bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 19, 2011 at which time all bids received shall be publicly opened at the office of Cara Hart, Coordinator of District Services, CREC, 111 Charter Oak Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106. CREC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive defects in same, or to accept any proposals deemed to be in CREC’s and the school district’s best interest. A decision will be made by September 9, 2011.
