• Within 48 hours, Tychon will schedule an energy assessment.
• Tychon will perform the assessment and enter data into the utility’s software system to ensure that energy efficient measures qualify under the utility’s program.
• Upon the utility’s approval, Tychon will present the proposal to the customer. After customer approval, an agreement will be signed by the customer acknowledging acceptance of the terms and conditions of the project.
  
• The project will commence within 30 days from the date of the signed agreement. A pre- or post-inspection may be performed by the utility to ensure that program complies with all guidelines.
  Within 30 days of receipt of all paperwork, the utility will disburse the financial incentive to the contractor.
• Customers will receive a separate utility bill to repay the 0% loan. The program is designed so that, in 30 months or less, the monthly loan payment is equal to, or less than, the monthly energy cost savings.
• Projected energy savings will be verified.
