Your child can participate in a summer learning experience called EQUAL, Educational Quality through Understanding And Learning. Students entering 5th through 10th grades from all communities in the Greater Hartford area are invited to participate in one of five morning programs and a variety of afternoon activities at the Two Rivers Magnet Middle School.

EQUAL is a racially balanced program, fully supervised by certified teachers and staff, offering students a foundation for future success in education, tools to develop the qualities of leadership and social awareness and a selection of recreational activities.

EQUAL is partially funded by public and private sources. Tuition for the 2008 EQUAL program will be $170 per student. Tuition for the second student in one family is $130. A third student in a family attends for $90.
