Consulting Teacher Service
The Consulting Teacher Service provides specialized educational support to school districts for students with hearing loss who are using spoken language to communicate and to learn. Support is tailored to the student and can consist of direct service and/or consultation.

IPM: Integrated Classrooms for Students with Low-Incidence Disabilities
Classrooms within the CREC region for students, 3 to 21 years of age, who have multiple disabilities and/or medical needs. Staffed by a special education teacher, registered nurse, and paraprofessionals. Services include OT, PT, SLP, and music therapy.
CREC is now a testing site for the Educational Testing Service's (ETS) ParaPro Assessment. ETS developed the ParaPro Assessment as a way to satisfy the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act. Register now!
Grant Writing, Research, and Funding Procurement
Offering school districts and nonprofit organizations a variety of grant writing and research services, including: evaluating federal, state, and privately funded grants; fundraising assessment; and grant administration.
Developed in collaboration with Hartford Stage and Leadership Greater Hartford, students will create and perform a devised piece of theatre under the guidance of artists-in-residence from Hartford Stage.
