All educational organizations have an ongoing need to research and to develop sources of funding to support educational programs for all learners. CREC recognizes that local school district administrators often lack the time to research, write and edit grants. As a result, many funding opportunities are not pursued and certain educational programs are jeopardized or eliminated in the district due to lack
of funding.
Many grants to support education are issued each year by state and federal agencies and by private foundations. Most of these grants are targeted to meet the needs of a particular population of learners. Finding grants that match the needs of specific educational programs is a task that CREC’s Grants Division can accomplish for its clients. CREC can assist local school districts in securing state, federal, local and private foundation grants.
