Your child can participate in a summer learning experience called EQUAL, Educational Quality through Understanding And Learning. Students entering 5th through 7th grades from all communities in the Greater Hartford area are invited to participate in one of three morning programs and a variety of afternoon activities at the Two Rivers Magnet Middle School.

EQUAL is a racially balanced program, fully supervised by certified teachers and staff, offering students a foundation for future success in education, tools to develop the qualities of leadership and social awareness and a selection of recreational activities.

EQUAL is partially funded by public and private sources. Tuition for the 2012 EQUAL program will be announced soon. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis within each school district. The application deadline will be announced soon.
