Checks should be made payable to the “CREC Foundation” the charitable arm of the Capitol Region Education Council. As a 501 (c) 3 private corporation, contributions to the foundation are tax deductible.

When sending your gift, please indicate that your donation is being designated for the Center for Creative Youth at Cape Verde, Africa program.
