The Greater Hartford Academy of Mathematics and Science is a half-day high school program focusing on science, math and technology, with an emphasis on inquiry-based research programs. Students take humanities courses at their home high schools, while studying with professional scientists, engineers and mathematicians in college preparatory courses at the academy. The academy also offers professional development services for educators and student outreach programs statewide.
