Blessing Offor to Visit CREC Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Middle School
Summary:
Blessing Offor, a Hamden High School graduate who competed on this season of “The Voice,” will visit the CREC Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Middle School on December 15, 2014.
Offor, who was a member of Team Adam before his elimination, is a full-time singer and songwriter. He is also blind and has made it his goal to prove that one can achieve their dreams despite adversity.
Offor will visit the CREC Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Middle School to share his life story and perform. Students will also perform for Offor, and he will offer students feedback and encouragement in an activity designed to resemble “The Voice.”
After his visit to the CREC Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Middle School, Offor is scheduled to visit the CREC Ana Grace Academy of the Arts Elementary School in Avon, where he will participate in the school’s Lunchtime Concert Series.
