Pre-Construction Services
Our professionals will help your district:

• Develop educational specification and operation plans
• Prepare documents required for the approval of State Department of Education and other local and governmental agencies
• Develop and issue requests for proposal for design professionals, construction managers and consultants to the project
• Assemble and coordinate the work of the project team including architects, construction managers and related construction specialists

Construction Phase Services

• Continual monitoring of construction progress against schedules with active attendance and participation at all job meetings
• Establish internal procedures for budget control
• Coordinate and direct bidding process including contract awards:
  - Construction- Technology- Media distribution- Telephone- Security systems- Furniture, fixtures and equipment

Operational Phase Services

• Schedule, direct and monitor all activities related to the transition from construction phase to the start up of building operations:
• Train staff on use of technology, security and building systems
• Review on-site student transportation plans (drop off/pick up)
• Coordinate food services program
• Property management services
• Building maintenance
• Other activities specific to new building
