“The COMPASS program has helped the district with developing a consistent level of skills among paraeducators to support a wide range of students, as well as allowed us to target more advanced skill sets to support students with greater need. Additionally, our paraeducators have been excited to participate in the training and report being able to apply strategies to their daily responsibilities. Finally, our paraeducators also have felt more appreciated and connected to our professional community.”
