The Farmington Valley Diagnostic Center is located directly behind three small stores on West Avon Road, one of which is the well-known Luke's Doughnuts.

From 84 East or West:

• Take exit 39 (Route 4 West/ Farmington/ UConn Health Center).
• Stay on Route 4 West, continue 1.8 miles past the light in the center of Farmington to the 5th traffic light.
• Turn right onto Brickyard Road (Keg Restaurant is on the corner).
• Continue for 3.5 miles through a stop sign and 2 traffic lights.
• Turn left at the next light onto Country Club Road.
• Turn right into first driveway. The Center is in the second building.

From Route 44 near the Canton, Simsbury line:

• Take Route 167 South for 1.9 miles.
• Turn right at the 3rd traffic light onto Country Club Road.
• Turn right into the first driveway. The Center is in the second building.
