| A Hartford home-based prevention program designed to reduce the incidence of child abuse and neglect, promote child development, enhance parenting skills and strengthen the family unit.
The program provides services to clients of the Department of Children and Families who reside in the City of Hartford and have children ages birth to 18 years. Support groups are available to children and families each Friday from 10 – 11:30 a.m.
