Elizabeth is a certified special education teacher. She specializes in the areas of transition, co-teaching, differentiation and curriculum development. Her primarily responsibilities include assisting districts with transition services for students with special needs. She provides professional development to staff in the areas of writing post-school outcome goal statements and job coaching.
Elizabeth develops linkages with adult service providers such as the Department of Developmental Services and the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services. She also provides transition presentation to parents.
Elizabeth is a mentor/instructor in CREC’s Advance Alternative Route to Special Education Certification (AARC). She also facilitates trainings for special education paraprofessionals. Currently, she is completing her doctorate in Educational Instructional Leadership. |
