The Shannon M. Helfrich Resource Center at the Montessori Training Center of New England was established in honor of the Center's founding AMI Director of Training. A generous donation by The Montessori School in Wilton was made in Ms. Helfrich’s honor as she moved on to begin a new AMI training center in China. The collection of books, reference materials and audio visual materials are available for use by all those enrolled in courses at MTCNE and are also available to members of the Montessori Schools of CT.

Financial donations to continue to build the volume of resources are welcome. Checks should be made payable to “CREC” with Helfrich Resource Center written in memo section and mailed to MTCNE, 111 Charter Oak Avenue
Hartford, CT 06106.
