Dianna
Roberge is the Effective Instructional
Strategies Coordinator for the Institute
of Teaching and Learning at the Capitol
Regional Educational Council in Hartford,
CT. She has been a professional educator
in Connecticut since 1988, beginning
her career as a high school social studies
teacher in Farmington, CT. Dianna has
been a classroom teacher, team leader,
and curriculum facilitator at the middle
and high school levels, and also has
coordinated programs for gifted and talented
students in Farmington and East Haddam,
CT. Dianna has a deep interest in multicultural
education and had been a teacher at an
inter-district magnet school in the Hartford
area as well as at an international school.
She enjoys research and learning and
spent a year in Asia on a Fulbright fellowship.
Dianna is inspired by the work of fellow
educators and enjoys coaching teachers
and school leaders in the areas of differentiated
instruction, curriculum design, instructional
strategies to improve student achievement,
and professional development planning.
She enjoys facilitating groups of educators
toward common goals for improved student
achievement. She lives in Connecticut with
her family.
