CREC can provide whatever Human Resources assistance your school district requires, whenever you need it.  We understand the increasingly complex regulatory atmosphere in public education.  Once call to CREC will bring you access to a variety of solutions to common HR problems.

Staffing:
If you don’t have the resources available to staff up to your maximum need, CREC can provide interim or part time administrators and/or support staff to assist you, whether it is because you don’t have a Human Resources unit or because your unit is not large enough to handle high-demand periods.  CREC’s experienced administrators can help, working as consultants right in your district.

Consulting:
CREC can provide wide-ranging Human Resource technical assistance – some examples:

  • We’ll review your policies and practices in regard to the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and with Sexual Harassment Prevention training.
  • We’ll conduct investigations into allegations of employee misconduct.
  • We’ll research your compliance with the new (August, 2004) Fair Labor Standard Act regulations.
