Jenny Berelson

Jenny has been with CREC since June 2000. In her position as an Educational Technology Specialist, she works with K-12 educators in all areas of technology and how to infuse technology into the curriculum. Areas of interest to her are working with digital images, developing a program for K-2 teachers to see what resources are available and to learn how to use technology with the early elementary grades, working with library/media specialists and desktop publishing/web design. In addition to training, she presented at the GEAR Up Initiatives for the State of Connecticut and the New England Kindergarten Conference sponsored by Lesley University.
Jenny Berelson has been in education for more than 20 years. She began in education as an assistant teacher in Massachusetts working with a First/Second grade combination classroom. Jenny then taught Kindergarten and Second grade in New York. Jenny also has extensive experience in the corporate world with presentation graphics and desktop publishing.
