Ratosha is currently an Educational Technology Specialist. She has Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification, and her areas of focus include the Microsoft Office Suite applications and MOS certification training. Ratosha's approach to training is to use a step-by-step method while emphasizing self-directed learning. This allows for participants to move at a comfortable pace while remaining challenged.
Ratosha has been employed with CREC since 1994. During her ten years at CREC she has worked for the Human Resources Department, The Regional Forum, and the offices of the Executive and Assistant Executive Directors. Prior to becoming an Educational Technology Specialist she was the CREC Conference Coordinator. |
