River Street Autism Program Raises Money and Walks for Autism
(Hartford, CT) On June 1st, staff at CREC's River Street Autism Program in Hartford organized a team that participated in the Autism Walk on June 1st at Rentschler Field in East Hartford. The team exceeded their goal of raising $1,000 for the walk. Located in the Colt area of Hartford, the River Street Autism Program at Coltsville provides intensive year round school-based behavioral intervention to children with autism spectrum disorders 3-15 years of age. They completed the walk in t-shirts designed by one of their students.
