TABS coordinates a consortium of district ELL coordinators and tutors.  Districts receiving under $10,000 for the Title III portion of the Consolidated Grant are required to become part of a consortium to access this funding.  Districts receiving more than $10,000 are also welcome to join the consortium.

For districts participating in the consortium, CREC coordinates the application process and provides support to districts in writing their grant proposals.  The group meets every other month to receive professional development, share resources, and have roundtable discussions.  CREC also coordinates spending of funds – placing and tracking orders for districts.
