TABS has developed innovative methods of working with community agencies and local businesses to enhance job opportunities for students with disabilities.  We have implemented post-secondary programs for students ages 18-21 at Wesleyan University.  In this service CREC facilitates vocational assessments, job shadows and coordinates job internships and placement.

TABS has also developed a job coach training mannual which is used to train paraprofessionals as job coaches.
