Gio joined CREC in 2005 after over 20 years in private industry as a financial analyst and computer specialist, and in education as a paraprofessional and tutor. For the past three years, she has worked in the TABS division as the Recruitment and Brokering Coordinator.
In her current role, Gio provides staffing solutions for internal and external customers. She works closely with district administrators and staff to provide highly-qualified educational consultants for interim and consultative assignments.
Gio' s philosophy to staffing excellence is twofold: build a firm relationship with clients by thoroughly assessing needs; presenting cost-effective alternatives; providing flexible, efficient contracts and invoicing; and monitoring placements to ensure a positive outcome and provide the highest quality school clinicians and consultants who help students achieve their maximum potential. |
