Janet joined CREC in 2001 as a paraprofessional at Two Rivers Magnet Middle school. She joined TABS in 2008 as an administrative secretary. She supports the program managers and director with conference and workshop coordination, billing, contract management, and the creation and distribution of COMPASS manuals
