Participants of Instructional Coaching workshops will learn the most current thinking on instructional coaching and the roles coaches play to build teacher capacity, connect with school leadership, and work with adults.

A primary purpose of the Instructional Coaching series is to ensure that our colleagues benefit from theory, research, and practice. Participants will benefit from instructional coaching research and clinical knowledge work of Jim Knight, Elena Aguilar, Diane Sweeney, and others in the field of coaching.
