Regarding Hiring Internal Applicants (Non-Certified)

CREC is committed to recognizing its employees for their skills, hard work, and commitment to the agency’s mission. As leaders, our role is to encourage our employees to seek opportunities across locations and divisions of our agency that align with their career plans, abilities, and motivations. We will continue to focus on growing and challenging our workforce to be successful contributors to our organization and gain experience while working with us.

In doing so, we must consider internal applicants interested in positions outside their current school, program, or division by following a consistent procedure that includes the employee’s current supervisor to best support the employee’s transition from one role to another.
