About Management and Construction Administration Services

It is difficult for volunteers on a school building committee to handle the volume of activity that is inherent in any capital project. With experienced financial and administrative staff, CREC can serve as the committee's resource, helping the committee stay on top of the day-to-day requests and ensure that your project remains on track. By adding CREC to your project, CREC can take care of the administrative details, allowing you to focus on higher-level analysis and decisions.

We will:

  • Manage and monitor construction activities
  • Provide budget tracking and monitoring
  • Provide financial construction reporting
  • Review and negotiate change orders
  • Payment application review
