Navigating the complex landscape of federal, state, and local requirements for educating multilingual learners can be challenging. Review of current district policies and procedures related to EL/ML identification and placement, service provision, progress monitoring, and state standardized test administration (LAS Links, SBAC, etc)

Guidance on meeting federal and state requirements while centering student needs and instructional quality
