Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are employee-led, self-directed, voluntary groups that offer opportunities to network internally, attract a diverse employee base, elevate inclusive ideas and solutions, and create opportunities for mentoring and career development. ENGs are open to all CREC employees. Participation is not restricted by identity; rather, ENGs are spaces where employees from all backgrounds are welcomed to learn, support one another, and advance equity together.
