Meet Our Center-Based Service Partner

Catholic Charities is a non-profit agency serving people of all faiths in Hartford, Litchfield, and New Have Counties since 1920. Their work with children and families is rooted in their core values of dignity, hope, diversity, compassion, excellence, and solidarity. Originally the Diocesan Bureau of Social Services, which coordinated the work of all Catholic aid organizations in the region. From their inception, the organization was responsible for a variety of services and agencies including a large foster home care program for children, a strong commitment to unwed parents, and permanent adoptive homes for infants.

Meet Our Mental Health Partner

For over 200 years, The Village has been dedicated to building a community of strong, healthy families who protect and nurture children. The Village was one of the first agencies in the country to provide homes for neglected children. Today, they provide a full range of behavioral health, early childhood and youth development, substance misuse treatment, and support services for children, families and adults in the Greater Hartford region.
